Questions owners ask
Can I pay to get into the Top 3?
No. Top 3 seats are earned on merit: reviews, customer feedback, profile views and leads. The Royal plan is offered only to businesses that reach the Top 3.
What happens if all 3 seats are taken?
Get verified and you join the waiting list. If a Top 3 business does not pay within 15 days of its offer, or drops at a review, the next business on the list gets the offer.
How do you decide Samrat, Maharaja and Raja?
Our admin team looks at reviews, customer feedback, profile views and leads. Ranks are reviewed every 3 months and can move up, down or be removed.
Can a free business be in the Top 3?
Yes. Top 3 places are decided by our team on merit, not by plan. A free business in the Top 3 keeps its place but shows no royal badge and no call or WhatsApp buttons. Take the Royal plan to show the Samrat, Maharaja or Raja badge.
Is the free listing really free?
Yes. You can add all your details, photos and videos. Customers send you a contact request through Top3Verified, and your dashboard shows how many people wanted to reach you. Get verified to receive calls and WhatsApp messages directly.
Is there a longer plan?
Yes, a 6-month plan. Pay for 5 months and get 6. Choose 6 months in the pricing section to see your price. We keep plans to 6 months at most because Top 3 ranks are reviewed every 3 months.
Why is the price different by city?
Bigger cities bring more customers, so the price follows the size of the city. Your price is set by your business address, which we check during verification.
Will my price go up?
Prices are reviewed every 3 years. Paid members keep their current rate until their rate period ends, and we tell you 30 days before any change.
I already pay for an older plan. What happens?
Your plan runs as it is until its expiry date. After that you move to one of the new plans.
Does the Growth Plan include ad spend?
No. Ad spend is paid by you, separately from the plan price. We also do not promise a fixed number of leads.
How do I pay?
With UPI AutoPay or your debit or credit card, through secure Razorpay checkout. You approve auto-pay once with your UPI PIN or OTP. After that the plan renews by itself every month or every 6 months, and we message you before each debit.
Can I stop auto-pay?
Yes, anytime, from your UPI app, your bank or your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free Listing.
What if a payment fails?
We try again and send you a reminder. You have 7 days to pay. After that your plan moves to the Free Listing until you pay again.
